Our community of educators is dedicated to teaching people followership in order to be strong and courageous. Here you will find resources and discussion spaces to support each other and spread the message of Courageous Followership. We are seasoned leadership and followership educators or researchers who have been trained in Ira Chaleff’s Courageous Followership techniques. We are dedicated to helping improve outcomes by teaching leadership together with followership.

Several of us are also a part of the International Leadership Association’s (ILA) Followership Member Community to advance the importance of followers in improving leadership outcomes.
